Finding the cheapest insurance for a Bentley Continental GT can turn out to be difficult, but you can learn the following methods to make it easier.
There are more efficient ways to shop for car insurance and we’ll show you the quickest way to price shop coverage on a Bentley and obtain the lowest price from both online companies and local agents.
Cheap car insurance price quotes
Performing a rate comparison can be exhausting if you don’t utilize the most efficient way. You can waste a lot of time talking to insurance companies in your area, or you can stay home and use online quotes to accomplish the same thing much quicker.
Many popular insurance companies belong to an insurance system where insurance shoppers submit their information once, and each company then gives them pricing. This eliminates the need for quote requests to each individual car insurance company.

The only drawback to using this type of form is that consumers can’t choose which insurance companies to receive prices from. So if you prefer to choose from a list of companies to receive pricing from, we have a page of car insurance companies in your area. View list of insurance companies.
Whichever way you choose to compare rates, make sure you are using nearly identical coverage limits with each company. If you have mixed coverages it will be nearly impossible to determine the best price for your Bentley Continental GT.

Tailor your car insurance coverage to you
When choosing adequate coverage, there isn’t really a single plan that fits everyone. Your needs are not the same as everyone else’s.
Here are some questions about coverages that may help you determine if you might need professional guidance.
- Do I need more liability coverage?
- What is the ISO rating for a 2012 Bentley Continental GT?
- What if I total my 2012 Bentley Continental GT and owe more than it’s worth?
- What can I do if my company denied a claim?
- Do I pay less if my vehicle is kept in my garage?
- I have health insurance so do I need medical payments coverage?
- Do I need medical payments coverage since I have good health insurance?
- Is my ex-spouse still covered by my policy?
- Do I have newly-aquired coverage?
If you’re not sure about those questions, you may need to chat with a licensed agent. If you don’t have a local agent, complete this form. It’s fast, free and may give you better protection.
Car insurance specifics
Knowing the specifics of your car insurance policy can help you determine the right coverages and the correct deductibles and limits. The coverage terms in a policy can be ambiguous and even agents have difficulty translating policy wording.
Comprehensive insurance – Comprehensive insurance pays for damage that is not covered by collision coverage. A deductible will apply then the remaining damage will be covered by your comprehensive coverage.
Comprehensive can pay for things such as hitting a bird, hitting a deer and a tree branch falling on your vehicle. The most a car insurance company will pay at claim time is the cash value of the vehicle, so if the vehicle is not worth much it’s probably time to drop comprehensive insurance.
Med pay and Personal Injury Protection (PIP) – Med pay and PIP coverage reimburse you for short-term medical expenses such as doctor visits, rehabilitation expenses and surgery. They are used to fill the gap from your health insurance policy or if you lack health insurance entirely. Medical payments and PIP cover all vehicle occupants in addition to being hit by a car walking across the street. PIP is not available in all states but can be used in place of medical payments coverage
Auto liability insurance – Liability coverage can cover damages or injuries you inflict on people or other property in an accident. This insurance protects YOU from claims by other people, and does not provide coverage for your own vehicle damage or injuries.
Coverage consists of three different limits, per person bodily injury, per accident bodily injury, and a property damage limit. You commonly see limits of 50/100/50 which means a $50,000 limit per person for injuries, a limit of $100,000 in injury protection per accident, and $50,000 of coverage for damaged propery. Some companies may use one limit called combined single limit (CSL) which limits claims to one amount with no separate limits for injury or property damage.
Liability coverage pays for things such as attorney fees, funeral expenses, repair bills for other people’s vehicles and loss of income. How much liability coverage do you need? That is a decision to put some thought into, but it’s cheap coverage so purchase as large an amount as possible.
Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist (UM/UIM) – This gives you protection when other motorists either have no liability insurance or not enough. This coverage pays for injuries sustained by your vehicle’s occupants as well as damage to your Bentley Continental GT.
Because many people only carry the minimum required liability limits, it doesn’t take a major accident to exceed their coverage limits. This is the reason having UM/UIM coverage is important protection for you and your family. Most of the time these limits do not exceed the liability coverage limits.
Collision coverages – Collision insurance pays to fix your vehicle from damage caused by collision with another vehicle or an object, but not an animal. You will need to pay your deductible then the remaining damage will be paid by your insurance company.
Collision coverage protects against things like driving through your garage door, damaging your car on a curb and crashing into a building. This coverage can be expensive, so analyze the benefit of dropping coverage from lower value vehicles. It’s also possible to choose a higher deductible to bring the cost down.
